In the last couple of months I have shot quite a few bikes, the first you might have seen before in a pervious post if a friend flying down a muddy Leckhampton hill in Cheltenham, then some of the competitors at the Forest of Dean downhill thing. Lastly, some photos from a shoot with two friends who are embarking on a charity endurance ride from Bristol to Cornwall and back this summer.
Stu was yet to buy his bike so Independant Bikeworks in Cirencester kindly lent us this beautiful Genesis roadbike for the day. Aside from these two clowning around for a few photos for them to use to raise money for their ride, I took the opportunity to shoot some other images of the bike by itself.
We went out along the Bristol - Bath cycle track and found a few good spots where I used a couple of flashguns to balance out the bright sunlight. On the way back we stopped in a tunnel and I got Adam (who is conveniently rather tall!) to hold a flash above the bike to create a spotlight.
Thank you to Independent Bikeworks for lending us the Genesis for the day.
